Leadership
Enhance your Leadership skills in under a year!
The Leadership Fundamentals program is an interactive program that is designed to give you the tools and the guidance to make real and sustained changes in the way you communicate and lead your team.
This is not a program where you are only taught the theory of leadership. We don't believe in that. We believe that you should receive help and assistance along the way to implement the theory you have learnt.
Not only do you learn from your Practice Advisor but you also have a group of other practice leaders who you can lean on for support.
The schedule for the program requires committing to 1 ½ hour zoom sessions fortnightly for 9 months. The sessions alternate between presentation of new information followed by a review of the homework and practice using the information learned.
Topics covered in the Leadership Fundamentals program...
By adding these skills to your leadership toolbox you will be on your way to boosting employee morale, improving employee engagement and staff retention.
You will empower employees to take ownership of their role and circumstances and ensure that everyone is working toward the benefit of the practice.
