Speakers
Dr Adam Heeley- Boehringer
Adam graduated in 2011 from the inaugural cohort of vet students at The University of Nottingham, UK. After 3 years in small animal veterinary practice, Adam moved to Australia and performed GP and emergency locum work in a variety of locations including Sydney, Cairns, Launceston and Broken Hill. In 2016 he joined Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health as a Technical Services Veterinarian.
Adam has a keen interest in small animal medicine and continues occasional clinical work for charities in Sydney.

Dr Justine Campbell, BVSc (Hons) - Virbac
Dr Justine undertook her veterinary studies in Australia and graduated from the University of Queensland with first class honours. During Justine’s final year of veterinary science, she developed a keen interest in the dairy industry, which lead to her first job in a mixed practice/ 50% dairy in regional Victoria. She has since amassed more than 20 years of mixed practice experience in a range of regional veterinary practices across Australia. After returning to her hometown in Queensland, Justine continued her work as a mixed practice veterinarian and progressed to predominantly small animal medicine and surgery. Justine’s main interests are in small animal medicine and oncology, and Justine has now also been working with the development and clinical testing of tigilanol tiglate for 11 years, during which time she has treated more than 500 dogs with the drug. Justine broadened her experience with tigilanol tiglate when she joined the QBiotics Group in 2017, and is now the Senior Technical Services Veterinarian.

Hill’s Pet Nutrition Pty Ltd
Katelyn graduated as a veterinarian in 2016 from The University of Adelaide. She then worked in small animal practice, treating primarily dogs and cats, before moving to an industry role with Hill’s Pet Nutrition in 2020. She now works as a Professional Consulting Veterinarian and is passionate about nutrition in pets.

Commercial Manager - AVet Health Pty Ltd
Paul Blanc has worked with the veterinary profession for over 15 years in roles such as National Sales Director for Provet and National Equine Manager for Zoetis in the UK. He is currently the Commercial Manager for AVet Health, an Australian start-up veterinary pharmaceutical company. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and an MBA with distinction from the University of Manchester.
